    • Do you want to make the breadsticks yourself? Or take pre-made ones and add cheese? If you want to use pre-made ones, just coat top and sides with melted, salted butter (one of the rare times I recommend salted butter). Then roll the buttered breadsticks in either shredded cheddar (or perhaps Pepper Jack, depending on what you’re serving it with) or a combination of grated parmesan & asiago cheese. Be sure to coat all 3 sides that were buttered, pop in a preheated 350 oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and turned a light golden.

      Meanwhile, I’ll post a recipe for home-made breadstick with cheese incorporated in the dough very soon.
