Really Devilish Eggs

Everyone makes deviled eggs because everyone loves them…they’re easy to make and even easier to eat! So are these, but these live up to their name! Try them…they are as hot as the Devil himself! Or even hotter!

Really Devilish Eggs

  • 6 hard cooked eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. sriracha sauce (*plus more if desired for surprising extra heat)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped green onions for garnish

Peel eggs and cut in-half lengthwise.

Scoop all yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, sriracha, minced onion and garlic powder. Stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Use a spoon or piping bag to fill each half of an egg with mixture. Squirt a dab of sriracha sauce on top of each egg, sprinkle with green onion and serve.

*If you really want it extra hot, put one drop of sriracha sauce in the bottom of the egg white bowl before filling with the yolk mixture. Garnish as above.
