Prepare this and refrigerate it today … then when you amble into the kitchen in the morning, pop it into the oven while you  make coffee, set out the juice and get the gang up for whatever Sunday activities you have planned. You’ve been wishing for a 25 hour day for everything you could do with the extra time. Here’s your chance!

Stuffed French Toast with Raisins

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/3 c real maple syrup (not pancake syrup)

Butter or spray a 9″ x 13″ casserole.

Whisk together eggs, milk and maple syrup. Pour over bread mixture, cover and refrigerate overnight.
