It’s mid-August already and while it’s only pre-season, FOOTBALL IS BACK! That means finger food, easy to prepare in advance and put out for everyone to eat while watching your favorite teams!
This season, we’ll go beyond chips & dips and go for some different hot stuff…how hot? That’s up to you! I calculate hot this way: if the heat is just in my mouth, it’s mild…in my throat, it’s medium…in my chest? HOT! Let’s start with Crisp Curried Chicken Fingers (or Popcorn Chicken) with Honey-Mustard.
These are mild to medium but you can ‘kick them up a notch or two’ to your own level. So, get your game face on….it’s Monday Night Football!
